Biasanya PNS pusat hanya dijatah 5 % dengan kelulusan nilai TPA minimal 565. Tantangannya adalah bagaiman peserta memenangkan seleksi awal lulus TPA. Saran saya, setelah lolos seleksi administrasi dan siap mengikuti ujian TPA (Tes Potensi Akademik) plus TOEFL maka fokus dulu saja ke TPA. Muali mencari latihan soal-soal TPA yang bertebaran di dunia maya atau sisihkan uang saku untuk mebeli bukunya di toko buku. Latihan tiap hari dengan membiasakan diri menjawab soal-soal TPA secara benar dan dengan cepat. jangan terkecoh atau penasaran dengan soal-soal yang membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menjawabnya. jika ada soal yang sulit tinggal saja dulu (atau "tembak" saja jawabannya) karena waktu yang tersedia sangat terbatas sehingga rata-rata 1 soal haruslah dijawanb dalam waktu kurang dari satu menit. kelolosan ...

Beasiswa Pusbindiklatren diberikan tiap tahun kepada PNS khusunya yang ingin berkarir di bidang Perencanaan. Untuk mengetahui pengumuman tenang beasiswa maka selalu cek di web pusbindiklatren Ada beberapa tahapan dalam penerimaann beasiswa pusbindiklatren. Tahap seleksi administrasi, tahap tes TPA, tes TOEFL dan wawancara. Pada tahapan seleksi administrasi yang perlu disiapkan adalah isi formulir dengan tandatangan minimal eselon II, SK yang dilegalisir, Ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir. Pada tahapan Tes Potensi Akademik, penilaian yang dilakukan bagi peserta dari Pusat(jakarta) maka nilai yang diperoleh minimal  565, untuk pemda jawa 525 dan bagi diluar jawa cukup 500 saja. Nah jika ingin mempunyai peluang yang besar mendapatkan beasiswa ini maka pindah dulu ke luar jawa. karen akuota untuk luar jawa mencaoai 60 persen, jawa 30 persen dan 10 persen untuk pusat.
